We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download or API generation, we offer refunds on a case-by-case basis.

2. Subscription Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel your subscription, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. We generally do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods.

Exceptions may be made if you have not used any credits during the billing cycle and request a refund within 3 days of the renewal charge.
